Born in Montreal, he worked in mining and engineering across Canada before turning to writing. His novels drew on his firsthand knowledge of Canada’s wild north, mining camps, and frontier life. The Jade God combines adventure with mystery in an exotic setting. Sullivan was a prolific writer who contributed to magazines and published over twenty novels.
